Add a CommentI liked the story behind the characters but the characters and relationship between. I thought it was to fairytale for someone to fall in love with a blink of an eye. Most of I felt like it was making a lot of promises made but none really met what they said. I also love the author and felt like this was disappointment.
the plot was pretty cool, i love the irish myths and elemental powers. i have been waiting forever for an elemental book. but the writing left something to be desired. it was way too much tell and no show whatsoever, and i was always distracted by how not good it was. there was something though about the book that made me willing to read the sequel, even if the writing was bad.
it was an awsome book loved it!!
YES. I've been waiting for this book to come out since February [and still a month left!] when I read about her publishing deal on inkpop. Just gotta say I really can't wait. Leigh's a beautiful writer and she totally deserves this spot. You can read the first several chapters on inkpop, too. :] Go Leigh!
