This was personally my favourite book in the series. I much preferred the characters of Ash and Puck to that of Megan. I found this book more fun than the others.

I was in love with the Iron fey series until this book. I love Ash's character and how he was so 'mysterious'. The book was great but left the cliff hanger of Goodfellow, which in fact is very disappointing.

This book made me love Ash even more. He is so dedicated to be with Meghan that he will do anything. Seeing him struggle to get to Meghan throughout the book made my heart break! I was rooting for Ash the whole time throughout the novel, and the end of the book was perfect! One of the best part's of this book was Puck. He is Hysterical. I was laughing almost every single time he spoke! He really is one of my favorite characters!

Loved when Ash had the flash-foreward!!!! It just completes the book. But I kinda want to know what happens to Puck.

There were so many incredible "I did NOT see that coming!" twists, that were here. I will say that is was wonamazing. I was wonderful to read a story from Ash's perspective. The unseelie prince has a lot more depth that you realize from the previous books. Watching him struggle to make hard decisions, and seeing just how much he loves Megan made me root for him all the more. And Puck, ever the joke cracking prankster showed a bit of vulnerability as well. This was a great end to the Iron Fey Series. Reading the last page will leave you sad that there will be no more adventures, but it will also leave you at peace that you know how everything turns out.
