Add a CommentSequels can be disappointing, but not the case here (in my opinion). Great cast. Robert Downey Jr. shines as the intelligent, charming, egotistical, billionaire superhero. Mickey Rourke is always on his game in the tough guy role. Supporting cast was very good. Great action, great humor, great special effects. FIVE STARS.
Unlike what I expected, I enjoyed Ironman 2 much more than the first one. Paltrow—an actress I don’t like much—was actually great as Miss Pepper Potts! Downay is a wonderful actor, who can play any role, and is surprisingly great as Ironman. (I always imagined Ironman to be very tall…) Worth watching again.

Amazing movie. Robert Downey Jr. is awesome. Period.
Really enjoyable, but a little long.
Not quite up to the first movie, but, for a sequel, very good. Many of the same themes and ideas, but with the addition of an enemy specifically targeted at the hero. The crypto model is a bit over the top, but an interesting idea (though overexposed from Dan Brown's franchise).
Good yet unless an IM fan or CGI critique nothing really to go on after the first.
The first one is a lot better.
