The second book in Kristina's story, Glass shows her fall back into the world of meth and men. After the birth of her first son, Hunter, she is able to get clean for a period of time and try her best to mother. But slowly she drifts back into drugs and lack of responsibility. If you have read Crank you MUST read Glass and the final novel; Fallout as well. Hopkins shows that a sequel is capable of being as strong as the first - and the final chapter in the trilogy is better than the rest as well.

Very excellent, once again Ellen Hopkins has made her book stunning. I want to know what happens to Kristina though, and her baby, so i hope the story about what happened later on will continue in Fallout also. :D

My third favorite out of Ellen Hopkin's books. Great sequel, and as usual, Ellen Hopkins delivers a fast and intricate read.

I was extremely touched by this book. I am a former cocaine addict, 2 and a half years clean, with only 2-3 relapses. I am currently now in school to become a social worker to work with youth ages 12-20 addicts. Kristina reminds me strongly of my ex girlfriend who still is a struggling meth addict. I tried to help her get clean and she was clean for awhile but i seen her a couple days ago and found out shes been using again and is now a week clean. Its a back and forth uphill battle for addicts, and i just want all addicts, those who have gotten clean and those still struggling, that theres someone who cares. I may not know you but I love you. And if you need someone to talk to, if you need help in anyway, just send me an email at the_blackfire_dragon@hotmail.com, and I will help you anyway i can. Because there is light at the end of the tunnel, and there are people who care. I know because ive gone through it myself, and im extending a hand for whoever wants it. I wish you all the best. -Kayla.

This sequel to the fantastic Crank definitely didn't disappoint. It wasn't until I picked up this book that I realized that the author is able to write with such accurate emotions because this series is inspired by personal experience. (her daughter had a meth addiction) That took my appreciation to whole new level. To share something so painful, and real takes a lot of courage. Hopkins did so beautifully!

found it exactly the same as Crank. which was a amazing book. but this one dragged the storyline on even more as we follow kristina down her doomed path even more.
